How much does the Fly Miles PlusTM Reward Program cost?
There is no annual fee the first year. San Diego County Credit will waive the annual fee after the first year when your total annual purchases exceed $6,000. Otherwise, the low $35 annual fee is applied to your SDCCU® Visa Credit Card on your Fly Miles Plus enrollment anniversary.
When do I start to earn points?
New enrollments may take up to thirty (30) days to be processed, but you will begin earning points immediately-the same day you are enrolled in Fly Miles Plus.
How do I earn points?
You earn one (1) point for each dollar of new purchases charged to your San Diego County Credit Union Visa Credit Card with Fly Miles Plus. Points are not earned on cash advances, promotional balance transfers, purchases of traveler's checks, overdraft protection advances or convenience checks, unless otherwise specified.
How do I check my point balance?
Your point balance is updated each month and will appear on your monthly SDCCU Credit Card statement. You may check your point balance online at sdccu.com by logging onto Internet Branch or by calling the Fly Miles Plus Reward Program Service Center toll-free at (877) 587-8746. Point balances reflect purchases shown on the last Credit Card statement.
Will I receive a regular program statement?

Why is there a negative points transaction in my points history?
Points are awarded on purchases and deducted on returns. Please contact Fly Miles Plus Reward Program Service Center toll-free at (877) 587-8746 if you believe points were deducted in error.
How many points can I earn in one year?
You may earn up to 120,000 points each year per SDCCU Credit Card enrolled in Fly Miles Plus.
Will my points expire?
Points expire five (5) years from the end of the year in which the original purchase was made.
How do I update my address information?
Please contact San Diego County Credit Union toll-free at (877) SDCCU-4U (732-2848) to update personal information including your address or phone number.
Can I combine points from two or more accounts?
If the member has more than one Visa Credit Card account under the same SDCCU account number points will be combined. However, if the member has Visa Credit Cards under different SDCCU account numbers, the points from the different SDCCU account numbers will not be combined.

What are the restrictions on air travel rewards?
You can earn a round trip airline ticket
within the continental United States for
as few as 19,000 points. You may travel on
all major carriers (excluding charters).
A $25 redemption fee (or 2,500 points) per
ticket for air travel rewards will be charged
at the time of booking. Specific terms and
conditions are available in the Terms and Conditions
section of this program or by calling the

What if the airline ticket is more than the maximum allowed value?
You may pay the difference using your SDCCU Visa Credit Card.
When can I expect my cash back reward?
Your cash back reward will be deposited into your SDCCU Savings Account. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing.
Can I send a gift card/certificate to someone as a gift?
No. To protect you and your account, all rewards must be shipped to the cardholder's billing address.
When will merchandise rewards be shipped?
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery from the time of order.
Are shipping charges included in my merchandise order?
All merchandise rewards include applicable sales tax and shipping charges.
