Browser: Internet Branch use requires an Internet connection
and a secure browser. Compatible browsers
include Microsoft Internet Explorer for Windows version 6.1 or higher,
Netscape Windows or Macintosh
version 7.2 or higher, Firefox for Windows
version 1.0 or higher; Safari for Macintosh version 2.0 or higher.
Account Number and Password: Logging on to Internet Branch
requires your primary account number without a suffix. For example,
if your account number is 001223456290, omit the suffix 90. Passwords
are established for you with access to TalkTone Teller®, our automated
phone account access and Internet Branch. Once assigned, you can change
your password online through Internet Branch.
Timeout: To protect your information, Internet Branch automatically defaults to a time-out feature following 15 minutes of no activity. At that time, the system will terminate the session should you inadvertently forget to log out.
Online Transfers: Transfers take place immediately, provided
there are no holds on the funds. Funds
can be transferred between your accounts
with the same member number. You can also transfer money
between your accounts with different account
numbers through our expanded Electronic
Transfer feature. Transfers may also be affected by Regulation
D. Please refer to our Things

Troubleshooting: If you are experiencing difficulty accessing Internet Branch for the first time, verify that the cookies function is turned on. By default, all browsers accept cookies (if the feature is turned ON). Occasionally, Internet users select the option to turn off the cookies feature. To use Internet Branch, the cookies feature must be turned on. See our Privacy and Security Statement details.
